Your private data is yours.
We build strict user-data separation into everything we do. This page explains it in plain language.
What we collect
Account email and the content you create in private tools (notes, scripts, support map, action plan). We collect minimal personal data and never ask for passwords, credentials, or health records.
Private by default
A learner can access only their own personal data. No facilitator, employer, administrator, or other learner can access a learner's private notes by default.
No secondary use without consent
We don't use learner note text for analytics, marketing, AI model training, or product feedback without separate, explicit, revocable consent. Private-tool data is kept logically separate from marketing data.
Easy export
You can export your private notes, scripts, support map, and action plan at any time. Exports include the date produced and an educational-use disclaimer.
Easy deletion
You can delete your account and private content at any time. We explain what's deleted and what billing or transaction records may need to be retained for lawful administrative reasons.
Roles and access
- Visitor: public content only.
- Learner: own account and content.
- Content admin: manages educational content, resources, pricing, emails, and aggregate analytics, not individual learner notes.
- Support admin: responds to technical support tickets but can't access learner notes, scripts, support maps, or action plans by default.
Audit log
We log exports, deletions, and consent changes in an audit log so you can trust that your privacy choices are respected.
