Our Story
Why Mobbed at Work Exists
A note from the founder.
I built Mobbed at Work because I know how confusing a harmful workplace experience can be.
At the time, I didn't have the language for what was happening. I didn't know what to document, who to trust, what questions to ask, or how to protect my wellbeing while trying to keep doing my job.
I spent a long time trying to make sense of an experience that left me questioning myself. Eventually, I learned that workplace mobbing and group-based exclusion are real patterns that many people struggle to name.
This resource exists because I wanted to create the kind of clear, calm starting point I wish I'd found sooner.
Mobbed at Work won't tell you what your experience means or what you must do. It's here to help you slow down, understand your options, keep track of what matters, and take one next step when you're ready.
