Contributor programme

Contribute to the Mobbed at Work Library

Help make workplace-harm information clearer, more practical, and more humane.

Mobbed at Work welcomes original article proposals from qualified professionals, researchers, educators, worker advocates, union representatives, labour-relations professionals, employment lawyers, workplace investigators, health professionals, and people with relevant lived experience.

We are building a careful public resource. We are looking for writing that is clear, accurate, useful, respectful, and grounded in real knowledge or experience.

Submitting an article does not guarantee publication. Every contribution is reviewed for fit, accuracy, originality, accessibility, and potential risk to readers.

How submissions are handled

Submissions go to our editorial team only. They aren't public, and they're never published automatically. High-risk contributions, legal, medical, benefits, or jurisdiction-specific topics, need a second qualified reviewer before publication. Contributors keep credit through a clear byline: written by, contributed by, or reviewed by, each stated plainly.

  • Fit with Mobbed at Work's mission and the six-stage journey
  • Plain language and accessibility
  • Originality and accuracy, with sourcing for substantive claims
  • Jurisdiction clarity and careful, non-advisory language
  • Trauma-informed tone and absence of legal or medical overreach
  • Privacy and confidentiality risks, and potential harm to readers

Privacy: your submission and any uploaded documents are stored privately for editorial review, aren't shared with other contributors or visitors, and aren't used in AI prompts or training without your explicit consent. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by contacting us.
